The Christmas in July program schedule for August 7 has been canceled. Everyone's out of town! Materials for the items will be available at the October quarterly.
A small group of members spent time with the EGA Study Box on Florentine stitch and Bargello work.
Members also brought some of their own bargello work to display.
Community Service: Watch for sewing dates to put together Mother's Helper cloth bags that will be given to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at St. Francis Hospital in Wilmington. These cloth bags will be distributed to the mothers of premature babies who need to use breast pumps to collect milk for their tiny babies. Several stitching dates will be scheduled later this summer and early fall.
