Finishing up 2017

Christmas Ornaments for
AI Dupont Hospital
Your Christmas ornaments have been collected. Thank you to everyone in the chapter who participated by providing ornaments that will be sold by the A.I. Dupont Hospital store.
In September we celebrated our chapter's 40th Anniversary with a wonderful luncheon at the Vic Mead Hunting Club. People brought their finished projects to display Linda Eaton from Winterthur gave us a wonderful presentation of Embroidery: The Language of Art. See photos
Members continue to meet regularly at Hannah's to work on unfinished projects. Hannah also hosts another group to work on a Petite Point blackwork project.
On November 8 we will be stitching in public at Winterthur, and taking advantage of the opportunity to hear a presentation from the head of the Royal School of Needlework.
On November 10 we will gather with members of the Delaware Valley Historic Sampler Guild to hear a presentation about Kreinik Threads.
On December 13, Judy will host us for our annual Christmas Party. Thank you for opening your home for that.

2018 quarterly gatherings will be January 17, April 18, July 18, and October 17.
